Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your HKAY purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Contact us within 14 days, and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
